WAMUTI NDEGWA

Wamuti Ndegwa holds an LLB, LLM degrees from the University of Nairobi, and Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. He was admitted to the bar in 1995.

He worked for the firm of Mohammed & Muigai Advocates in Nairobi and Mombasa from 1992 to November 2000 as an Associate. On 6th November 2000 he opened an independent Firm trading in the style of Ndegwa & Associates which later merged to form Ndegwa, Muthama & Katisya Advocates in 2006.

He is a Council Member of Mombasa Law Society.

JANET KATISYA-OSOLIKA

Janet Katisya-Osolika holds an LLB degree from the University of Nairobi and Diploma in law from the Kenya School of Law. She was admitted to the bar in 2004.

She is currently pursuing an MBA Course at the University of Nairobi, Bandari Campus. She worked at M/s A.B. Patel & Patel Advocates in Mombasa before joining Ndegwa & Associates in September 2002. Janet Katisya is a Partner in the Firm.

She specialises in Commercial Litigation and Conveyancing.

She is the Assistant Secretary of Mombasa Law Society and Marketing Society of Kenya Member. She worked at M/s A.B. Patel & Patel Advocates in Mombasa before joining Ndegwa & Associates in September 2002. Janet Katisya is a Partner in the Firm and is currently serving as the Mombasa Law Society Assistant Secretary General.

She specializes in:-   Conveyancing,  Debt collection, Employment Law & Contracts.
